Never met Brandi only the Empower team. We chose them because their presentation & promises of team work that made them better than everyone else and therefore worth 7percent commission. There were good things but too many issues to be worth that price. Short version.. We didnt go live on MLS on 3/1 -after I called they scrambled photos etc and made it late the next day. Didnt receive initial sign up paperwork until asked. Found out our counter offer to sellers had been accepted the day after expiration from another realtor cancelling a showingaEUR?because you are under contractaEUR? . Inspection scheduled & rescheduled and then buyers and inspectors all showed up on original date as we were completing repairs. Pictures were great , staging assistance was great, and eventually we sold 10 percent less than listed 4/28. Everyone was polite and apologetic but for such a big transaction for us we were hoping for more.
