I enjoy helping people buy and sell homes, but I specialize in helping them understand the process! It can be a difficult and stressful thing to do on your own or with an agent that doesn't understand communication and explanation. My background in customer service gave me the skills I need to communicate effectively and recognize your needs, so that I can help you understand the process. Most people love surprises, but not when it comes to buying or selling a home!
Hobbies/Interest
I love to spend time with my family, catch up on housework, visit the beach, and go to the mountains. I also have an all natural skin care line and enjoy making closing gifts for clients!

I met my wonderful husband in 2012 while I was working as a server in a restaurant and now have two beautiful girls with a new baby coming in June <3

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Find a REALTOR® first! We have local lenders that we can recommend because we work well together and have had success working together to get buyers approved and in the homes they want.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Find a REALTOR® and work together to determine the right price for your home. Don't go by Zillow estimates or sold properties that you found online. Comparable sales need to meet a certain criteria to be able to be included in the appraisal and a REALTOR® will know how to help you with that. We also can help you market your home to go out to as many qualified buyers as possible that are looking specifically for a home like yours.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with everyone! First time homebuyers, investors, luxury clients, veterans and more!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was a stay at home mom for a few years after working in the restaurant and retail industries. I understand how important customer service is in this business. I've always loved helping people.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I'm certified in Luxury properties and marketing.
I also offer credit repair in case I have clients that need a little help before they're able to get pre-approved.
