She knew so much about the current state of the market (which was bonkers at the time we bought a home), which helped us make the best decision possible AND relieved our anxiety along the way. She worked so hard to set up showings for us, often very last minute. During the entire process, it was obvious she had our best interest in mind - for example, instead of encouraging us to go for a house so that we could end our search sooner, Brandi would point out things that she thought wouldn't work well for our family. This caused more work for her, but ended up steering us away from some bad choices we might have regretted later. She really had our backs! For example, there were times that we were very anxious to secure a home in the crazy seller's market that we almost scarified some of our home 'needs' and made offers above our budget. Brandi was great at reassuring us we could find a home that would fit our budget and she never pressured us into something we felt unsure about. She sacrificed her potential extra commission on a bigger sale because she was more invested in finding us a home that we could comfortably afford. Brandi is extremely professional and respectful. She listened to our needs for what we wanted in a home at this point in our lives and zeroed in on exactly the location we needed, even though we were unfamiliar with the area. She was very patient and answered all of our questions most expeditiously. She followed up...she even came out to the property before we closed to verify that there was no water seepage in the basement and to ensure the sump pump was working properly. She videoed the basement for us which gave us peace of mind. She also checked on our newly installed radon mitigation system and sent us video of that too. Brandi gave us great recommendations for home services and always got back to us quickly. I cannot overestimate how impressed we were with Brandi and how happy we are with the home she found for us!

I dont typically write reviews but felt it was important to share my experience with Brandi. When I started my initial search for a home I wasnt working with Brandi. I was working with another agent who had a family emergency and wasnt able to attend a builder meeting. She recommended Brandi since she had knowledge of the area and expertise in new builds. I was initially skeptical because I was walking into a room without knowing anyone and wasnt sure what to expect. What I got was Brandi who had clearly known my story, asking questions and stepping in to make sure the builder knew my situation and expectations (none of which I had told her). I walked away from that meeting knowing I was in good hands. For the following 3-4 months Brandi scoured the Blue Valley school district looking for a home for my family in my price range. It was not an easy task. I never felt Brandi was worried about commission or selling me on something that was out of my price range. She made me really look into what I wanted vs needed and helped me reprioritize my expectations. At the end of all the ups and downs she found our dream home and never let me settle for something That wasnt on my need list. I have had horrible experiences in the past with realtors more interested in sealing the deal than making sure it was the right fit for my family.
