She provided a great deal of information on her first visit both about her qualifications, and suggestions based on research of similar sales in the area. Brandi was able to recommend local companies for services such as pressure washing and well treatment which facilitated the work which needed to be done to attract buyers and as part of the sale process. She also hired an photographer who produced great ground and drone pictures which resulted in offers very quickly after the house went on the market. The sale went through quickly, at a price above our expectations. Brandi guided us through the process and was always ready to explain and answer questions.
