I highly recommend Brad Stuckenberg. Funny thing is, I didn't know him until the day I saw my cabin. I scheduled an appointment through a website to see the property, and I didn't have an agent representing me yet...Brad was assigned to my internet appointment inquiry. I never really asked him officially if he would represent me (lol), he just jumped into the role and I am so glad he did! I liked him right away because he pointed out things I should think about, both positive and negative with the cabin, the weather, and mountain living. He made me feel like he had my back right from the start, and it didn't hurt that he has a fun and pleasant personality. As we started working together, he went over and above anything I could ever ask for. What he did for me would be as much, if not more, than a friend would do. When in escrow, several times he drove over to my future cabin to check on it; when it rained, snowed, and when the seller's contacts visited. I was blown away with his generosity - he really was looking out for me through the entire process. He introduced me to a lender, who was amazing, and several important contacts that I'll need in the future. He fought to help me through so many unforeseeable barriers that sprouted up and he never gave up the fight. And I mean there were a plethora of complicated, almost crazy things, that arose multiple times! I almost gave up, and there were a few times I thought the sale would fall through, but Brad stayed positive, strong and kept charging through towards the finish line. His tenacity brought me confidence and I knew that everything that possibly could be done, was happening, and then some. He was consistently professional, assertive, upfront, and he over-exceeded my hopes for finding and working with a real estate agent. I know I am terribly lucky to have serendipitously stumbled upon him in this process, and I will always be grateful to Brad. My perfect cabin paradise will forever welcome him for visits, as I hope we always stay in contact.
