Helping first time home buyers with the purchase of their new home. They were satisfied and the wife referred me to her parents to help them find acreage to build on. We found the right property and closed on it. Then I listed their home and sold it. Their new home has just been completed. Now everyone in the family is happy and living in their dream home.

I wanted a career that would work for me in a small town. After living in metro Atlanta for 25 years, I was ready to leave all of that behind and get back to the hills of north Georgia, my family, and no traffic! Real estate seemed like the right fit because of my knowledge as a commercial general contractor for 21 years. Understanding contract language, good communication, being organized, and negotiating is something I was already very familiar with.

I am a licensed general contractor in Georgia and South Carolina and spent 21 years in the industry as an estimator, project manager, and partner. However, I am focusing solely on real estate at this time. Along with a Bachelor of Science in Management from Georgia Tech, I also have a specialty certification in Building Construction.
