My only concern would have been Brads advice to list our property at a lower price as well as advising us to take a lower offer with no counter offer. In the end I followed my gut and got my counter price. Brads advice was solid however it did not feel like he was trying to get the best price for me. Brad did keep the process moving and made the transactions easy. Thanks Brad!
