ZillowVERIFIEDBrad was awesome to work with even though he wasn't my agent! Brad was the seller's agent for land that we purchased. Our agent went MIA after our offer got accepted. I reached out to Brad for help and he basically took us in as his unofficial clients without compensation. He helped guide us through the closing process and went the extra mile to make sure all documents were complete and ready for the closing attorney. He is extremely responsive and quick to follow up. I would highly recommend him as an agent and it clearly shows how well he does his job that I am writing this review and he wasn't even representing me. Its unfortunate how the commissions are paid but he definitely deserved both the seller and buyer agent commission on our transaction.

ZillowVERIFIEDBrad was amazing! I dont normally do reviews, but he earned it. We told him what we were looking for and went all out for us. When we finally picked a place, he negotiated us a good price, closing costs, and got the little things fixed. No matter how stressed i was, Brad was constantly telling me things would be fine and was always doing everything in his power to push things forward. If you are looking to buy a house, i highly suggest giving him a call. You wont be disappointed.
