I appreciate an agent who is willing to tell me what I need to hear as opposed to what I want to hear. He also had good referrals on a handyman/painter, as well as a carpet guy; both of which were very affordable and did good work. Investing in the property to have it ready for show helped us sell fast. We had a full-priced offer less than a week after listing. Of course, the work is never finished until close of escrow. Brad did a great job tracking the sell process of the home, and when numerous challenges arose he stayed on top of things to ensure the sell would complete. I greatly appreciate having him in my corner.
