Brad was an incredible help when I looked for a property to rent last year. san Clemente is one of my favorite cities and when I began my search I had a few criteria I was hoping to meet for my new home. I was looking for a 1 bedroom, with a garage, close to the beach, and in a safe neighborhood. Instantly I noticed there weren't too many properties meeting my garage criteria but I wasn't going to give up on the search. Luckily I identified a property in San Clemente & was immediately contacted by the realtor representing the owner. The realtor of course was Brad. I met with Brad within a day or two & after falling in love with the place I submitted my application and was approved. Brad was wonderful throughout the process. He was professional, communicative, courteous, kind, etc. I was super excited and looked forward to moving in. Initially, I had a few issues with connecting the internet and getting the heater to work all of which were handled by Brad who reached out to the owner for me. Later her Property Manager shared some stories about her and I unfortunately learned that she wasn't always kind to tenants. For the most part, I enjoyed my time in San Clemente. My neighbors were great and I loved the neighborhood. Sadly it wasn't until I moved out that I ran into issues with the owner as she tried to hold onto some of my security deposit wrongly. Brad assisted me in dealing with my difficult landlord and thankfully she did refund me the money owed. I highly recommend anyone to work with Brad. He is reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. I will use him again in the future and in the interim I wish him continued success. Cheers!

Brad was excellent from start to finish. During our experience with Brad, we had a deal fall through but he continued to be positive any worked hard to get us to the finish line. Brad is fabulous! He is incredibly attentive and a quick decision maker. He has a wealth of knowledge about the area being a long time local and knows the real estate process inside and out. He had excellent advice throughout our buying process and continues to help us secure contractors and specialists to assist with cosmetic upgrades post sale.
