Brad was professional, quick and most of all responsive to my needs. Every step of the way he made this as easy of a process as it could be.He knew the type of loan I was getting had special rules and pointed out each and every potential problem and steered us away from houses we thought we loved but would be problematic even if his commission would have been higher. He guided up to the perfect house for our current situation and had us from search to close in less than 40 days! Highly reccomend.
