I was very impressed with Brad's level of commitment and expertise. He genuinely cared about helping us find just the right house for us and getting us the best deal on it he possibly could. This one was a rather painful process (because of an FHA loan which has LOTS of regulations) and Brad went to bat for us at every single step to make things easier for us. We will definitely call him again when we are ready to purchase our next home. He was amazing.
