1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Collect all the information possible. Ask your local trusted agent for a good lender referral. Your lender can make or break for dream home purchase.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Finish up all those small projects you have been putting off. The homes that are "move-in ready" are getting huge premiums over the homes that still need wall paper taken down and carpet replaced.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work every aspect of real estate. I have sold homes that are $3,000 to rehab projects, all the way up through luxury homes, 10+ Million $ commercial apartments, to working with professional athletes. No matter your point in life and your real estate appetite I am happy to help.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I pride myself in having "no drama" transactions. I view my sellers as owners who would like to sell and the buyer being one who would like to buy their home. So many transactions can turn nasty with agents who put their views in front of their clients. I am a problem solver, who looks to have everyone achieve their ultimate goal. We have a saying here WIN-WIN or no deal.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Myself and a good friend from college had created the commercial real estate program at the University of Toledo. Since then I have been involved in the industry from sales, to investing, rehab, management, and teal building.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have 100's of transactions of experience along with the knowledge of a builder, as the owner of a construction company and rehab company, our clients are able to make sound decisions when moving forward with their real estate transactions.
