I was so glad that I found Brad to help with purchasing our new home in Kihei. With the inventory being so low and multiple bids being placed on homes within days it was extremely important to have an agent who responds to emails, texts, and phone calls quickly. Brad was working with his son Tyler and both of them would quickly be willing to tour a unit or do a mobile video tour. They were even willing to tour many units that were "maybes" to help them figure out what we were looking for. We were purchasing from the main land so we weren't able visit Maui every time a good listing popped up. This meant that I needed someone I could trust to help tour units remotely and help be the eyes on the ground. Tyler and Brad quickly learned what we were looking for so when the right place came on the market they were the right team to move quickly since we found what we were looking for. They navigated through a complex 1031 exchange, the transition of prepaid rentals to the buyer, the challenge of appraising property in a fast moving market, and a variety of other matters that might have derailed a deal with less capable representation.
