We met Brad in one of his open houses and fortunately decided to work together for our home search. In the very first meeting, we understood that Brad and his team are very methodological. He genuinely cares for people and values relationships rather than transactions (very rare in the industry). Though we had realized this much earlier in the process. Even after months of closing on the home, we needed help, and Brad took care of it without hesitation, alleviating us from hurdles and issues.
