This story exemplifies the quality of Brad's work - During escrow, we found out that the wine fridge didn't work. Brad picked out a wine fridge, bought it (we paid him back), and arranged for the delivery/installation of the new wine fridge. He waited at our home for the delivery, and he coordinated the haul away of the old wine fridge. He had our backs at all times. Excellent!
