Brad Cohen is a fantastic realtor for all, but a beast of realtor for STR investors! As a savvy agent, he understands an investors needs including being very knowledgeable in the Shenandoah Valleys real estate markets, rules and regulations, local attractions tourism spots, top contractors and professionals, as well as having a good eye for finding exactly the types properties that you are looking for! Oh, and the icing on the cake, is that he is also very analytical and well versed in contracts and negotiationsaEUR|a very useful skill indeed to have! I'm guessing he could have been a lawyer in another life or something along those lines. Anyways, I cannot recommend Brad enough! On personal note, he even saved me from making a bad investment decision when I thought I had found a gem of a fixer upper!
