Boyd is a people person and very easy to work with. Hes super knowledgeable about the real estate process, current market conditions, and the personalities of New Hampshires various communities. Every time we had a question or concern, Boyd was right there with his expertise, always accessible and responsive. My sense of brokerage options is that there are a lot of part-time amateurs out there, so were grateful for having found Boyd, a true pro. If friends or family need a broker, Ill be steering them to Boyd.
