ZillowVERIFIEDShe gave us suggestions of how to improve our property to bring in interested buyers. She kept us up to date when there was interest or declines. If she saw a decline in interested buyers she would talk to us about maybe lowering the price. I would Highly recommend using Bonny Joplin as an agent. I believe she went beyond the call of duty.

Bonny Joplin has been a pleasure to work with. She is completely involved and dedicated to her sellers. She knows her listings and she represents her sellers but making sure to be at every showing. I believe it is very hard to find Listing agents that will actually do their job and show your home as they were hired to do. I have shopped in the state of Texas now for over 2 years looking for our forever home and only a handful of times have I encountered a listing agent. Bonny Joplin was hired as a Listing agent and she performed! If you are looking for someone trusting and reliable Bonny Joplin is by far the best out there. Don't be fooled by the other "so called" listing agents that list your home and never make an appearance. Bonny Joplin will represent you!!
