She gave us suggestions of how to improve our property to bring in interested buyers. She kept us up to date when there was interest or declines. If she saw a decline in interested buyers she would talk to us about maybe lowering the price. I would Highly recommend using Bonny Joplin as an agent. I believe she went beyond the call of duty.
