However, Bonny -- plus her Team -- made extra efforts to market my property. The photos she arranged were well-done, beautiful & presented the best possible views of the interior & exterior. She advertised & prepared a "Featured Article " of my home in our local newspaper. Despite the unseasonably high heat of our late spring Phoenix weather, she arranged "Open Houses" over the course of several weekends! This generated more repeat showings of interested prospective Buyers.Many others chose to wait out the current situation, or even withdraw their listings, but Bonny was very encouraging and gave me the best possible counsel.Also, I would be remiss if I failed to mention the special attention to detail I received from her staging company partner. as she provided much-needed advice about how to best prepare my home for sale.
