Hello me and My wife we was looking to buy a house N White plains we are still shopping around that we found a house in custics Avenue North White Plains we try to contact the agent she never got back to us then we decide to call Bonnie.she answered the phone and very rude way saying the house its in concert goodbyeI was trying to talk to her and ask if she have more properties listing but her way talking to a new customer it doesnt look like the Good way businesswoman!when she answered the phone she say how can I help you with the big attitude without presenting herself like a real estate agent!I have to ask her are you Bonnie yes how can I help you!I am calling you for the house I saw a Zillow no the house is in contract have a good day bye!?this is a very rude way for a businesswoman or real estate agent who is looking forward to work with new customers!? Bonnie was incredible from our first meeting with her. My husband and I were first time home buyers looking for a fixer-upper in Westchester county. Bonnie was always on call and when she needed to, able to bring my husband and I down to earth. When we found the perfect fixer upper in Rye Brook, Bonnie met us late in the afternoon as soon as the house went on the market. Even put our offer in later that night. On Good Friday she gave us the good news that our offer was selected and streamlined the entire closing process for us. This was a tricky loan to secure since the house did need work, the lenders and attorney Bonnie suggested were able to secure a 203k mortgage that eventually save my husband and I money because our renovations are built into the mortgage. On the weekends, Bonnie looked through her rolodex for contractor referrals (we chose a contractor she personally worked with). In regards to an agent, she is by far superior to anyone else we have met or spoken with. She cares greatly about her clients and I will recommend her time and time again.
