When I began looking for a realtor, I was considering several different areas of the region. I met and went out to look at properties with several other realtors before finding her. I believe that finding a house is an intricate and involved undertaking. Buyers need to find someone who can understand their needs, appreciate what they bring to the process, and above all, be honest about every aspect of this enormous financial and emotional commitment. Bonnie demonstrated all of these admirable qualities from our first meeting.She proved herself to be patient, encouraging and knowledgeable about the entire process. We went out to look at many different homes before feeling confident enough to make an offer on the one that had caught my eye. When that one didn't work out, she was happy to go back to the drawing board with us. Her thoughtfulness, persistence, and awareness made the entire home searching process actually pleasurable. From the day that I decided to sell my townhouse, Bonnie Pappas came in and delivered beyond any and all expectations. The way she listed the home almost made not want to move! I am not sure that I have ever written a review for any business where I just felt every interaction was perfect from start to finish. But I can certainly say now I have! Being new to not only the area and Pennsylvania, but home buying in general, I was randomly matched with this team through Zillow. Well, all I can say is thanks Zillow... it was a match made in heaven! Not only did Bonnie help us find our dream home and secure it during a global pandemic, she made it a completely stress-free process (we closed in 30 days during a pandemic! Buying a new home and selling a townhouse! Like wow!)! Being a first time home buyer, I didn't know what to expect from a realtor as I have heard mixed reviews of the level of service you can receive, but I was blown out of the water! I am pretty sure after the first interaction, I just felt... wow, we can be good friends! Bonnie is kind, knowledgeable, prompt, and reliable. She knew when to be friendly and have fun and when to get to business and move things along. She would take calls first thing in the morning or even later the same day address emails at midnight. She accommodated all our timing needs for showings, financial discussions, closings, etc. to ensure we didnt miss any timelines. She also had a list if great referrals for mortgages, inspections, etc which I used and all were fantastic to work with. She had an experienced answer for every question I had. Reading my own review, I know it doesn't sound like this could have been written by a truly neutral new party... but I promise it was! You can't go wrong with Bonnie and team (I have heard Mike is awesome too!) If you are looking to buy or sell a new home.. you can't go wrong with this team! Good luck in your search!
