In October we were considering putting our house on the market in the spring. We received a post card from Bonnie Glenn and then out for a walk we saw that she was the broker for a house near by. When we heard what the asking price was we thought that she was crazy, so we called her.After speaking with her and her associate on Saturday of that week, she told us the house sold for over the asking price.
