For example, we had to have the well water tested and approved and we lived hours from the house at that time. She took care of this for us. Bobi did an excellent job as my Realtor. She loves what she does and she worked really hard to sell my mothers house. Dont let her being new to the Real Estate field keep you from putting your confidence in her. I first used a very experienced Realtor to list my moms house only to be very disappointed as he did nothing to try to sell the house. He would not do open houses or promote the house. Bobi promoted the House and held several open houses. She worked really hard and was very professional.
