We were new to Chicago and had some very specific requirements: we needed to use FHA financing, we wanted a fixer upper with character, and we needed a three-unit building (on top of the usual preferences for transit, walkability, etc). But we were completely open about neighborhoods. Bobby scoured half of Chicagoland for us and found us an unlisted gem that threaded our priorities perfectly. When closing got complicated due to some shadiness on the sellers' side, Bobby negotiated further credits and helped us navigate a unique situation. Throughout, he gave us good advice, was generous with his time, and maintained a calm affability that was really reassuring in that stressful period. We love Bobby!

In my opinion, it is harder to sell a home than purchase one.
