I worked with Bobby Johns when purchasing my current home. I had been watching home websites for some time trying to find something that would not only meet my needs but be in my price range. I contacted Bobby when my Landlord informed me that she had sold my rental and I had a month and a half to be out. Bobby was able to find me the perfect home in no time. I attempted to get a loan and was told I didn't qualify. Bobby suggested I contact a different loan company. I was unaware I could get a different outcome with a different agency. After following Bobby's advice, success, I was approved. After the inspection, there were a couple issues that needed to be resolved. Bobby was able to resolve it with no money out of my pocket nor follow up on my part. When we got to the end of the purchasing process, I didn't even have to leave the house. The title agent came directly to my house to finish up all the paperwork right there. In addition to the many things he helped me with, during the home buying process, he also included a home warranty and a welcome gift when the process was complete. I was so grateful to have Bobby as my realtor. He is not only good at his job, he is personable and easy to work with. I had a great overall experience working with him and would highly recommend Bobby.
