Our experience with Mr. Warren was so great he is 1 of the best agents out there I believe he is trustworthy and kind. When we had any questions he was always available to help, he always returns your phone calls and keeps in touch with you as well as with your attorney. Hes not pushy at all he just wants to make sure that we understand everything that we need to know. If he dont know hell ask someone who does. I love that he keeps us informed on what going on and what the next steps are. Hes really Sweet you wont go wrong with Mr.Bobbie he is very dependable and knowledgeable about purchasing or selling a home. I truly felt he was there for us every step of the way. What a tag-team! They listed my home on March 1st. Had 30-showings and 13-offers in 3 days. Signed contract on the eve of that 3rd day. Effortless! Constant informative updates all the way through closing. Their knowledge of the business and the area is superb. I guess the easiest way to say it is if I had to do it again, they would definitely be my choice realtors in selling or buying a property.
