About Bobbie Lynn Thomas

Realtor (7 years experience) Graduating from the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1997, Bobbie Lynn began her career in the insurance industry working for a brokerage in Concord, New Hampshire for 20 years. Bobbie Lynn was absolutely wonderful to work with! She is very knowledgeable, calm, patient, an amazing advocate, and just all around fantastic. There were many ups and downs in this process, but she was always there for us, cheering us on and checking in with us (while working hard behind the scenes). She was not just a real estate agent, she became a friend through the process. Cant recommend her enough!

Answered Questions

Do I need to set an offer deadline?

In this market, I advise my sellers to wait until they actually have offers in-hand. I usually list a property mid-week and have open house times on Saturday & Sunday. If we get multiple offers, then I will go back to the agents that sent buyers to the open house to let them know the seller will be making a decision soon.
