What clients say about this agent....
I can't think of a more knowledgeable Realtor than Bobbie. I would recommend her without the least hesitation. I had a tough listing and at no time did Bobbie give up, instead she worked miracles and my home sold. If you want results... Hire Bobbie.
Bobbie has helped us sell 2 houses and buy another 2 and she is always helpful and available for us! She is down to earth, tells the truth and knows the appropriate way to handle various situations. I'd highly recommend!
Bobbie sold us our home. We dealt with another agent in the area and we lost a few house in a rather fast selling area. We were very specific on what we wanted and with limited properties to choose from and the budget we had Bobbie was so knowledgeable and so open to not just listen but heard our every word and took it to heart. She went above and beyond and we got more than we ever expected in a home. Not only did we find the BEST real estate agent we have a lifetime friend. We recommend her to everyone as well!!! Thank you Bobbie!!!
We could not have been more pleased to have Bobbie help us through buying our first home. She was easy to talk to, very knowledgable, and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us. We are so happy to have met her!
We would recommend Bobbie to everyone we know and come to know. If you want an agent that will satisfy all of your real estate needs then Bobbie is the one. The best we have encountered yet, and we have sold and purchased many homes in our lifetime, wish we would have known her with those transactions. 5 stars are not enough she rates higher than 5 on all skills. Thank you Bobbie!!
During our experience having Ms. Housand sell our house we felt that she spectacularly mismanaged our expectations, completely misjudged our house value and/or the market, failed to provide specific information we requested, and took advantage of us being overseas for her own financial gain. We live overseas and hired Ms. Housand to sell a house we had been renting out via one of her colleagues as property manager. She immediately talked up how hot the market was (aEURoeThe market is pretty aEUR~hot at the momentaEUR| last week (I) managed to sell 6 housesaEUR?), and told us where she thought we would be able to sell our house. As soon as we received the first offer, though, she transformed from a real estate market bull into a bear. Ms. Housand heavily encouraged us to take the offer (72% of her recommended original list price, and more than $10/sq ft lower than the next lowest comparable). We passed. Just before our listing agreement expired we got our second offer. As we went through the inspection process, Ms. Housand turned into a massive critic of the quality and state of repair of our house. She emphatically highlighted needed repairs that she hadnt mentioned in the previous 6 months or on the first offer (being overseas we hadnt physically seen the house in years.) As we tried to work through the repairs and agreements with the buyer, she habitually failed to give us requested information about the specifics of the houses state. She would merely forward estimates for work the buyer wanted done with few details. It was about this time, that I realized Ms. Housand was also representing the buyer of the property. She executed contract negotiations and was well into pushing the buyers inspection agenda without fully disclosing or receiving informed consent from us to represent both parties. She played both sides of the sale without telling us, and with this buyer, her sales commission had almost doubled! When I confronted Ms. Housand with why she didnt disclose this material fact to us, her defense was that she aEURoewasnt required toaEUR? tell us. While this is debatable (Realtor Code of Ethics Standard of Practice 1-5 http://www.realtor.org/mempolweb.nsf/pages/code) I was surprised to hear such a defense from a aEURoeprofessionalaEUR? who was about to receive a 5-figure commission check from me. It drastically changed the economics of the transaction to her benefit, and I was left feeling that we could have received a better deal had she not been so focused on making the buyer happy. In summary Ms. Housand was the reason this was the worst real estate experience of our lives.

Bobbie went above and beyond to ensure we received the home we contracted for. Bobbie is extremely knowledgeable and professional and always kept our best interest in mind. I would definitely recommend her, especially for military members or retirees (like us) relocating to this area!
From start to finish ~ buying our home, Bobbie & her associates answered every need our family had. Bobbie's down to earth, southern charm and professional qualities provided the positive outcome we were hoping to achieve in a short amount of time. We actually feel now as if we have acquired a whole new group of friends through Bobbie. I would highly recommend Bobbie & her team to anyone. My family & I want to wish Bobbie continued success. Thank you!!
When other brokers may have looked the other way, Bobbie helped our family through the difficulty of a short-sale...and from out-of-state. Her knowledge, expertise, integrity, and professionalism was greatly appreciated. We could not have "survived" the process without her!
