She stayed in contact with us over the years and when we felt we were ready to really move forward we reached back out. She got us what we needed every step of the way weather it was someone to help do our Title 5 or our Inspection both with the new house we were purchasing and with the house we were selling. Bobbi-Jo has been an AMAZING asset to our (not so normal) family situation! Not only with purchasing our new home but selling our previous home and it has been quite a daunting task! Bobbi-Jo was tremendously helpful to me navigating the the buying process as a first time homebuyer. She was very patient and knowledgeable throughout. She went with me to over a dozen houses and put in offers on many. In a challenging market, with limited inventory, most houses I had offers on had multiple bids. Bobbi-Jo always had the right advice and was spot on with her assessment of each property. The bids I failed to win were only because of my reluctance to spend more for a particular house. I ended up with the perfect "forever" house because of Bobbi-Jo's persistence, patience and guidance.
