Bob will go above and beyond when you list your property with him. He sold a vacation home for us. In our absence he would check the home inside and out frequently and even plugged in and set our dehumidifier when needed. and shut it down when not needed. A great person and Realtor. Called Bob on 1140 Lakeview Ct, Geneva Wisconsin the day after it was listed as a bank owned. Bob worked closely with us working many hours including a rebid issued by the bank. We also depended upon his expertise at the closing and luckily took his advise to have a plumber pressure test the water system with compressed air where upon he found 6 burst pipes that could have caused major damage. Bob also gave great references for contractor we have used. Great guy and a great real estate agent.
