Working with Bob was great. After expressing interest in a property Bob had listed, he met with my wife and I even though the property went off the market that same day. He assured us not to worry because there were other great properties that met our criteria out there. He gave us a thorough presentation on himself and the background of Tuscana Properties. It was reassuring that to them we were not just a number, which he proved throughout the house hunting process. After meeting with Bob, we found another property that fit our needs even better than the first. He met us at the property the next day and assisted us in navigating and coordinating the entire offer and home buying process. We went in at a price below asking and he did a fantastic job negotiating to the point where the sellers accepted our offer without any counter-offer. After close, Bob and his team helped us coordinate items we wanted to get taken care of before moving in, since we were not going to be in the area for a while.
