They have a team of professionals who can do repairs , deep cleaning, and even carpet shampooing! It makes the whole process go so smoothly! Since my home was over 40 years old, Bob recommended I pay for a home inspection so that we could accurately disclose anything that the inspector found to prospective buyers.
