About Bob the Realtor What about Bob? I have served many satisfied Buyers and Sellers on Maryland's Eastern Shore since 1978. Whether working with individuals to market their primary or secondary property or with developers in projects such as East of the Sun, Trident's Trumpet and Colonial Village, I look for creative ways to achieve the best results. Earning a Broker license, I worked with agents on transactions in the role of Office Manager in Ocean City, Ocean Pines and Salisbury. Aiding agents and clients through the marketing and purchasing process. Personal real estate achievements include Rookie Realtor award, numerous Executive Club and Silver Level production awards and ERA's Circle of Honor. I also achieved designations for Certified Sales Professional, Workforce Housing, Price Strategy Advisor, Accredited Buyer Representative and Resort Second Property Specialist. My satisfaction comes from seeing my clients reach their goals, whether it being purchasing that 1st home or reaching the reality of their dream home they always wanted. Serving Maryland's Eastern Shore area of Wicomico, Worcester, Somerset and Dorchester counties I am knowledgeable of the many communities and varied lifestyles that make up the Lower Eastern Shore. Enjoying time on the water you can find me kayaking with my camera in hand. I am involved with programs that ensure the quality of life for future generations. Bob Heim is a awesome realtor he goes out of his way to find the perfect house or condo or what ever else you might be looking for! If you have any questions you might have can call him up or text him and if he doesnt know he goes beyond finding answers to your questions! I have never had a realtor to go out his way to provide answers to questions and find the perfect solution! He is honest and very knowledgeable! To your home buying need I could not ask a better person than Bob Heims! He is family oriented! And I was the one that took to homes no one wanted to see he came and showed us houses in rain the hot weather even snow and ice and especially when you break down he could if left us there but no he went out of hisl to take us get parts for truck when broke down looking at houses! And in one occasion he got stuck and also broke down but he was to the rescue! Providing quality service I couldnt ask for nothing else Bob Heim is awesome and very very hard-working knowledgeablee look him up he works in Maryland Eastern Shore and Lower Eastern Shore! I was looking for something in the Ocean City-Salisbury area on the water, but living in Ohio! Bob became my savior, he picked up right away who I was and what I liked and went after it. We found one that I was so excited about when I saw it, he made it happen! He is the best, I would recommend him very highly.
