I was in the end of the 2nd year or the beginning of the 3rd year of trying to sell my home. I had used 3 other brokers with little to no activity, and at that point I was very disenchanted with the idea that I was going to sell my home for any kind of money. I had not even received 1 offer of any kind. I had already relocated to another state and had to leave some family members behind until the house sold.
