ZillowVERIFIEDExcellent service from Bob! He never missed a follow-up note, and was on the ball the entire time. Additionally, he gave me "real answers" , he didn't tell me what I "wanted to hear". If he did not have an immediate answer, he would find out, and ALWAYS follow up with me, (the way that it's supposed to be)...Customer service is starting to become a lost art.. Homes are selling fast in the Des Moines area and many agents have made the choice to go the "other way" with customer follow ups and good service. However you will not get that type of "questionable service" from Bob! if it was not for his skills at customer service, I never would have bought this house. Highly recommend!

He took our calls as late as 9 pm and answered our questions in a timely manner. If I look into buying a new home, I will list and buy thru Bob.

ZillowVERIFIEDI have never been on the selling end of a home, but Bob broke the process down very simply and was very accommodating when it came to getting questions answered, papers signed, and overall "being there" when he was needed. I think very highly of him and the work he does. He was consistently dedicated to taking care of the needs I had. He was never pushy and never made me feel rushed when it came to making decisions and always provided crucial information for the decision making process.The "Perfect Home" search seems to always be a stressful time and is typically the largest investment one will make in their lifetime. I for one have worked hard for my money and tend to be reserved when it comes to large purchases. Bob fully understood my character and provided exactly what I needed to comfortably get in to my wonderful new home.
