We couldn't have asked for better experience with Bob as our realtor! With the market how it is right now, we were nervous we wouldn't be able to find anything in our price range with all of our wishlist items checked off, but with Bob's knowledge of the area and keen eye for great properties, we were able to find our new home and close within 2 months of starting our search! We were always confident in his opinion on whether a property was worth an offer or not, and he was always spot on with his opinions on home quality, features, and prices. This was super valuable to us as new residents in the area with little knowledge on the Atlanta market. Working with Bob on the sale of our home was effortless, professional and an amazing experience! Before we found Bob, we had hired and fired two previous realtors. These realtors not only over promised and under delivered, but they also did not want to do any of the extra work necessary to make the sale or help the client make the sale.
