Bob Clarkson was outstanding to work with. He stuck with us as we considered selling for a long time. When the time finally came to sell our home, he jumped right in with great advice on what to do and not to do in getting ready to sell as well as how to manage the sales process. He we very helpful throughout the negotiations and closing process with our buyers. We put the house on the market on a Thursday and by Sunday had accepted an offer slightly over asking.
