I was recommended Bob by family who had also purchased their first home with his help and were very satisfied. To start, I called a couple of lenders but Bob connected me with a lender that offered a great rate and program. I then provided him with a list of homes I was interested in viewing and we spent a weekend looking at them and a couple more, and throughout he provided great knowledge about the conditions of the homes. Since I had screened houses online ahead of time and had an idea of what I wanted, that weekend was all we needed and we placed an offer around asking price on my top choice home. It was accepted, and after the inspection, Bob helped negotiate for the seller to put several thousands of dollars toward closing costs! The rest also went smoothly and I love my new home though I did have to find a washer and dryer as that was unexpectedly not part of the deal so it's always good to thoroughly read everything as not everything will be called out.
