Bob Barnhardt was 15 out of 10! They bent over backward for us. When we found our dream home, no offers were made at the time of my inquiry. Since the sellers only scheduled showings for buyers who could show a pre-approval, I had to work fast. Bob worked fast to get an appointment scheduled for a showing. Once we saw the home, I was sold and made an offer/good faith deposit. We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. If I texted them a question or an update, they would often respond within the hour or the same day. Since I was closing on two homes at the same time and had a buyer that was beyond difficult, Bob assured me they would do everything in their power to work with me and make sure our dream home would not slip through our hands.
