I could not be more pleased! Blueberry Pie and her team were excellent. I especially appreciate the help and information I received from Kathy Vega and Allison was helpful too. I think I listed my house about 3 days after the "Adjustment" in the local housing market, so I know it was a challenging time both for myself and Blue... It seemed as though I was lowering the price about every 10 days or so. Through all of this Blue was encouraging and thoughtful... Blue also spent a substantial amount of extra time supporting our needs in purchasing long-distance. Blue made multiple visits to the home to video and do virtual walkthroughs. She also spent substantial time coordinating with local inspectors and resources to ensure that we purchased a quality home. The trust we had in Blue through the process cant be overstated.
