Blake did an amazing job from start to finish! I reached out to him to discuss the possibility of us selling our home. He did some local market comparisons, explained what he believed we should list our house at, and sent over a net sheet that detailed out approximately what we would profit if we did decide to sell. Within a week of our call he had our house listed with professional pictures and started scheduling showings. The very first day it was listed we had multiple offers and by the end of the weekend we accepted an over-asking, all cash offer. He knows the market and how to price a house right, he was always available to answer any questions, and the craziest part of it all is that I was 9 months pregnant at the beginning of this process and he worked around every schedule change and even arranged for a notary to come to my home to sign the closing documents so I wouldnt have to get out with my newborn. And, there were many times I just wanted to call it quits, however there was Blake. When I got discouraged, he was my biggest cheerleader. When I was at a loss in simply didnt understand something, he was my tireless coach. When pessimism settled in, and the shadows were trying to roll in, he dragged me out into the light and showed me a more optimistic view. He never wants didnt answer a call or return one no matter the time. When you have his attention, you have his full attention. Your crisis become his crisis, even when they are not in reality a crisis Blake Roberts will work for you, and I dont say this lightly. I am in individual that is blind in an amputee and I utilize a wheelchair is my mobility device. Therefore, my needs are very specific. Blake took my explanations concerning my disabilities, his natural observances,and his keen mind for details and combined all that and found the perfect house for me. we looked at over 60 houses and in the end he found the one that met all my needs and is perfect for my family. This is my first house buying experience, and for all that I know perhaps all realtors in buyers forge a lasting friendship. I dont know, but what I do know is that I have a new family member.
