I have several realtors in my immediate family, so I do know good from bad, and I'm pretty picky.Blake was fantastic. His knowledge of the area, housing stock, home values, process aEUR" everything an agent should know aEUR" was top notch. Even with a new baby at home, he was on-the-spot (we tried not to pull him away too much!). He always showed up early and was usually already in the house poking around and getting the lay of the land when we arrived, which was really useful. He knows what to look for as far as warning signs and major house systems. He comes ready with lots of information. He's great at talking through pros and cons. We looked at a lot of 100+ year-old houses and he helped us get a realistic idea of what it would take to remodel update.When we found the house we would ultimately buy, it was on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't even technically on the market yet (just a "coming soon" sign out front). Blake got us a showing at 5pm that same evening, and we put in an offer that night aEUR" and it was accepted that night. It was Blake who got it done.After our offer was accepted, Blake's real work started. He went back and forth with us many times over the phone, texting, and by email. He helped us get contractors into the house to get estimates on work. We always felt we were in good hands.Blake is a great guy with a lot of knowledge and experience, a great communicator, and just overall incredibly nice and easygoing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Bloomington-Normal area. Thanks, Blake!

ZillowVERIFIEDBlake is an outstanding realtor. He goes above and beyond for his clients. Long story short, my husband and I were victims in a wiring fraud. That money was supposed to be used for our down payment for our first home. My husband and I were so shaken up, couldnt think straight, so many tears. Blake took it upon himself to make all the necessary phone calls to make sure we got our money back some how some way. It seemed like We werent getting any help besides Blake. We miraculously were returned all our money back into our account that same day and I dont think we could have done it without Blake. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
