Blake is a hard worker and real go-getter (so rare these days!) and deserves only the highest praise. He goes the extra mile for his clients and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people- and it?s not just for the job. He has helped us get a few properties, and I have come to trust him as he helps in the research and making calls when questions come up-taking all in stride. Also, if you need some work done, he has excellent connections/recommendations for quality work. I haven?t sold a house with him, but know if I do it will be a top notch listing and he?ll work hard to make that sale happen as I?ve seen the effort he puts in- it?s far above average.
