Matt helped me over the course of several months to find the perfect townhouse. He was great at communicating over email or text (even when I was not), regularly sent over good options, and was super quick to set up a time for us to take a look. Once I was ready to put in an offer, Matt was extremely quick and thorough going through the process and paperwork. Matt also helped me sell my condo right afterwards and the process could not have been easier.
