She is pleasant, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, available, responsive, etc. In my opinion, Dawn is one of the very best I have ever been blessed to work with especially when trying to buy a property outside of my home state! The deal soured through no fault of Dawns. It was due to the realtor/listing agent on the side of the sellers and the uninformed, unreasonable and inconsiderate sellers but Dawn hung in with me til the very bitter end. She did everything she could to keep things alive and working but the sellers backed out at the last minute after finding out all that was wrong with their property and receiving a poor appraisal for the home that had been sadly neglected for too long.For me, I walked away feeling as if I made a friendaEUR|thats exactly how much I felt that Dawn truly cared.
