About Blair:
I have been in the real estate industry since 2010. I obtained my license and began doing real estate while obtaining my bachelor's degree at Brigham Young University. Shortly after graduating with a degree in Economics/Finance, I moved back to my hometown of St. George and partnered with Blake and began doing real estate.
As a competitive individual with a proactive personality, I have always been driven to accomplish goals and get the job done as effectively and efficiently as possible. I am known as your go-to person for Real Estate transactions in Southern Utah. I manage all of the relationships for The Frei Team and will personally walk you through homes, while working tirelessly to help you find the home of your dreams!
I was born and raised in St. George Utah and am the second of 4 boys. After serving a 2 year LDS mission in the Philippines I attended Brigham Young University where I met my wife Nicole Fowler of Kaysville, Utah. We now have a 3 kids - an 8 year old boy, 6 year old girl, and a 3 year old boy!

About Blake:
In order to serve my clients better, I earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration and specialize in residential real estate since 2009. I have helped hundreds of clients find the home of their dreams. From short sales, to foreclosures, to luxury homes. I also specialize in investment properties ranging form a duplex, to a multi-family property with 50+ units. I can help you find the property you are looking for.
After serving a 2 year LDS mission in the Philippines (yes, Blair and I speak Tagalog to each other), I had the opportunity to attend Southern Utah University where I graduated with an MBA. While attending SUU, I met and married Breann Wilcox of Syracuse, UT. We have 3 wonderful boys that keep us very busy... ages 12, 8, and 2!
When I'm not assisting clients, I like to spend my time outdoors golfing, hiking, hunting, and playing sports. I'm also an avid Crossfitter and love the competition and camaraderie.

My husband and I have bought and sold many homes in our marriage but have never had to purchase using 1031 Exchange funds with imposed deadlines for identifying and closing on a home. Blair was our main agent with Blake stepping in on a weekend when Blair was not available. We live 6 hours away so always had limited time when we were in St. George to look at as many homes as possible. The process was challenging and at times frustrating for us in the busy St. George market but the Frei Team was patient, encouraging, and familiar with all of the various locations we searched. We always heard the pros and cons but never felt pressured to do anything we didnt feel comfortable with.
