Blaine Palmer

Blaine is a consistent top-tier producer in sales volume and transactions. As a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS(R) Association Top Producers, he celebrates more than $20 million in sales annually and was most recently awarded the prestigious Phoenix Award for 10 years of qualifying as a Top Producer. Blaine was featured as one of Atlanta's top 10 luxury agents in the 2014 and 2017 'Best of Atlanta' issues of The Atlantan Magazine, recognized in the Men's Book Top 10 Modern Men of Atlanta in 2016 and 2018 for philanthropy and featured as the cover story in Top Agent Magazine in January of 2017. Most recently, he was recognized as a distinguished professional by The Expert Network as one of the Top 3% of REALTORS(R) in the United States. After 10 successful years in the real estate industry, Blaine formed The Palmer Team, a dynamic, top-producing real estate team offering a unique concierge approach to each transaction. Blaine is intensely focused on identifying the needs of his clients, providing alternatives and options and delivering results to help them achieve their goal in their real estate transaction. He brings a diverse and unique background to his real estate relationships. He is a graduate of Mercer University in Macon, Georgia with a B.S. in Psychology/Chemistry and Robert F. Munroe Day School in Quincy, Florida. He credits his rigorous education and studies abroad for his critical thinking abilities during complex negotiations. Before entering the real estate industry, Blaine worked in the corporate setting for more than 10 years with Fortune 100 companies, serving as a human resources professional, sales and marketing professional and a consultant. His knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of a business relationship afford him the ability to quickly offer solutions and connections. Blaine has had extensive and successful experience selling in rural, urban and suburban Georgia. Currently, he is an active member and has served on the Southwest Georgia Board of REALTORS(R), where he received the REALTOR(R) Spirit Award, Rookie of the Year (2004) and the Lifetime Million-Dollar Club Award. Blaine also served on the Memorial Hospital Foundation Board and is a graduate of Leadership Decatur County. He is a member of the Atlanta REALTORS(R) Association, where he holds the designations of SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and BPOR (Broker's Price Opinion). He was the 2019 Top Producers Committee Chair and was awarded the distinguished 5 Star of Excellence Award from the Atlanta REALTORS(R) Association. Passionate about the community, he serves as President of the Mercer University College of Liberal Arts Alumni Board, the Decatur County Humane Society Board and an advisory board member for Compassionate Friends, an organization that assists families in having a positive resolution of grief following the death of a child. He was a candidate for the 2013 Atlanta Man of the Year for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and raised more than $56,000 in 10 weeks, winning the Atlanta Community Involvement Award for his efforts, which funded research in the Myeloma Blood Cancer Space for an entire year. Blaine is an avid runner and cyclist and also a graduate of the Atlanta Police Department's Citizens Police Academy program. He resides in the Underwood Hills neighborhood of Atlanta's West Side and is a member of the Peachtree Road United Methodist Church, where he serves as an Ambassador as well as on the Committee of 100.
