Looking for houses is hard work and can be frustrating, but Blaine navigated the uncharted waters for us with ease to find us our first home. We met Blaine randomly through a tour. We didnt have a realtor at the time. Blaines lighted hearted nature, detailed knowledge of the surrounding area, and the fact he know a lot about houses were built gave us confidence that he was the right person for us. We looked at over 25+ houses. Through that process Blaine never wavered in his enthusiasm. Further he was honest. He talked us out of a few houses that he didnt think were right for us. I was blown away by this, as obliviously he gets paid when we buy a home. Once we did find a home and put in an offer he was able to negotiate with the seller to not counter.
