Billy Wynn was recommended to me by a friend who had raved about the transactions they had done together at a time when I was seriously stuck. I had previously met with many agents, even listed the house once before, and just felt overall very unsure, as though my needs werent fully heard or that the relationship would feel very "sales-y." Upon meeting Billy, I knew this would be different. I had a strong feeling that he cared about my concerns and would keep them in mind while getting the house sold. Billy is just so genuine and compassionate while being firm and honest. His energy is very calming, and you know you can trust him. Before receiving any commitment from me, Billy was extremely generous and started helping me with the house, going FAR beyond what any typical agent would do. I asked him for advice from things ranging from landscaping to fixing the roof. This went on for a year before we even had an agreement to work together. Once I decided to sell, he quickly got us on track with timelines and utilized his vast experience and knowledge, putting in a LOT of work to help me get every single dollar out of the house. He used his large network to get the best people for the job at the best rates. His partner, Tammy, came on board to guide creative and marketing decisions. Tammy is such a fabulous person with a great aesthetic. She also happens to be very sharp and intuitive, which was clutch at several times during this process. Together, Billy and Tammy guided me through several emotional roller coasters and a major personal financial situation with patience and wisdom. As soon as the house was listed, their associate Laurel came on board. Working with Laurel is so seamless. She has a talent for understanding buyer and seller needs and pairing them together to get strong offers where both sides are really happy. These three are a dream team. At the time I sold, many other houses near me were sitting and cutting prices, so I expected it would take a few months to get an offer and dreaded the thought of having to lower the price. But within a couple of weeks, Team Wynn secured multiple offers and we sold for above asking! Working with Team Wynn taught me the importance of having a great agent who loves what they do and cares about people. They had set me up for success PRIOR to going to market. Then, we had very honest conversations about strategy and pricing so there were no surprises or curveballs. In this process, there were several times the deal could have fallen through, but because of having Billy as my agent, I knew it would be fine. When things get rough, you want Billy Wynn on your side. He is a such a skilled agent and can get the most difficult deals done in an elegant fashion with all parties leaving happy. Also, there were times where Billy could have pushed for a different offer that would have compensated him better, but he always worked to put me in the best situation.
