1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Interview your Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Officer, don't be afraid to ask questions, gain as much knowledge as you can to make educated decisions because there will many to be made. Most of all through all the ups and downs of the buying process remember that it is a process and you will be able to get through it with the right Realtor to guide you.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
I know your home means a lot to you and you want to get the most from your home. You must remember that the selling process is about negotiations and not to take low offers personally. Your Realtor is there to guide you through the right deal for you based on your needs and it might mean a lower offer with better stronger financing terms. You won't have to worry about the selling process because with our marketing and tactical sales techniques we dominant our field in getting your home the most exposure out there.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First Time Buyers & First Time Sellers, returning Buyers & Sellers, Investors, Renters, Out of State Buyers & Sellers, 2nd Home Buyers & Sellers, Relocating Buyers and Sellers
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My Buyer from South Florida was relocating to Atlanta. I virtually toured homes for him which he put an offer in on his favorite one. He was worried throughout the process that it would all come together and I assured him it would. After calming his fears and reassuring him, I was able to negotiate about $19k off the list price and then the property appraised for close to $14k above list, giving him almost $33,000 in instant equity.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have been in the Real Estate Industry (via the service side of Property Management) for many years. After buying and selling my first home, I ventured into the sales side of the Real Estate Industry. As I made the change to the sales side of Real Estate I found that I actually could serve my clients in a greater capacity, entrusting in my own strengths, knowledge and merits rather than being "just a number" in the corporate world. Through many ups and downs, rough and challenging times, it has been a decision that I am still happy with today and would not trade helping out my clients to the best of my ability each and every day and I haven't looked back since.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I received my Real Estate Education at Barney Fletcher Schools in Atlanta, Georgia. I also studied for and received my Florida State Real Estate Sales License. I also completed the CAM course at Gold Coast Schools in Tamarac, Florida where I received my Community Association Management (CAM) License. I am also a Georgia Notary Public as well.
